Who we are
TipNest (tipnest.djump.io) is operated by MB Djump, Šilutės pl. 35G-36, LT-94105 Klaipėda, Lithuania (registration code 307521980). Contact: start@djump.io.
This website
When you join the waitlist we store your email address, the time you signed
up, and — if present in the page URL — campaign parameters (utm_*) and the
referring page. Nothing else. This website uses no advertising trackers and no cookies. We use
Vercel Web Analytics to count page views. It is cookieless and collects no personal data or
cross-site identifiers. Legal basis for the waitlist: your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)), given
when you submit the form. We keep it until TipNest launches and the waitlist is retired, or
until you ask us to delete it — whichever comes first.
The mobile app
The app needs an account, and it stores the shifts you log so they survive reinstalling the app and follow you to a new phone. Concretely:
- Your account — email address and password, or a Google or Apple sign-in. Your display name is optional. The sign-in is shared across the DJUMP family of apps.
- What you log — shift dates, hours, cash and card tips, tip-outs, sections, notes, and the workplaces you create. These are your earnings records; we never sell them, share them with advertisers, or use them to build a profile of you.
- Purchases — if you buy TipNest Pro, RevenueCat records the transaction against an anonymous identifier so the app knows your subscription is active. Payment itself is handled by Google Play or Apple; we never see your card details.
- Notifications — if you turn on shift reminders, we store the push token your device issues. You can decline this and use the app normally.
- Product analytics and crash reports — PostHog (EU servers) records which screens you open and which actions you take, and Sentry records crashes and the device and app version they happened on. Neither receives your tips, hours, notes or workplace names. Your email address is attached to your PostHog record so we can answer support requests about your account. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in a working, debuggable product (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).
Everything except the analytics and crash records above is stored in a Supabase (PostgreSQL) database hosted in the European Union, and is kept until you delete it or delete your account.
Deleting your account
You can delete your account and all your TipNest data from inside the app — Profile → Settings → Delete account. See exactly what is deleted and what is kept.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time by emailing start@djump.io. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
